The Ceiling Quiet Boost Exhaust-Fan 250 is a practical option for exhausting unwanted moisture and stale air from the home. Designed for ceiling-mounted installation, it delivers a 270m³/hr airflow capacity and includes a built-in self-closing draft blocker to help prevent unwanted backdraft from re-entering the room. The unit also features a quiet ball-bearing motor for long-life performance and is ductable with a 250mm duct connection.

It is recommended to achieve a minimum of 15 air changes per hour in a bathroom to remove excess moisture. To work this out, calculate the volume of air in the room ( length x width x height, all in meters) and multiply this by the number of air changes to get the required air volume of the fan.
